The following English text is the official and legally binding version of the AstroBuddy Terms of Service.

Welcome to AstroBuddy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AstroBuddy mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using AstroBuddy, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of Service

2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AstroBuddy. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

• Upload viruses or any other malicious code
• Spam, duplicate content, or otherwise interfere with the Service

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

4.2. Our Content

All content provided by AstroBuddy, including astrological readings, interpretations, and analyses, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any astrological information.

4.3. Physical Activity and Health Disclaimer

The Service may include information and instructions relating to yoga, meditation, and breathwork. AstroBuddy is not a medical organization and its staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of equipment, poses, moves, and instruction are not required to be performed by you and are carried out at your election while using the Service. Nothing contained in the Service should be construed as any form of such medical advice or diagnosis. By using the Service, you represent that you understand that physical exercise involves strenuous physical movement, and that such activity carries the risk of injury whether physical or mental. You are solely responsible for your health and safety at all times.

5. Premium Subscriptions

AstroBuddy offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features and content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Refund policies are subject to the terms of your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or our website payment processor.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTROBUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
